We can currently accept your order with delivery or personal pick-up in Hungary. You can order from us as an individual or as a company.

In our Shop section, you can order the selected product if it is available in our warehouse. If we do not currently have any of the products in stock, please contact us so that we can fulfil your order as soon as possible.

Important! We operate as a webshop, so our site operates exclusively as a personal collection point. It is not possible to place an order or modify the products ordered on the spot.

For personal delivery, you must always place your order in our online shop. Please indicate "personal delivery" as the method of delivery, and you can choose online payment via our webshop, bank transfer, cash on our premises or payment by credit card.

After sending your order, you can pick it up on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 and 17:00 at our premises at 2040 Budaörs, Kamaraerdei út 11. Important, in all cases we will notify you by email when the package is ready to be picked up, so be sure to wait for the email before you leave.

If the product is in stock, we can fulfil your order within 3 working days.

For out-of-stock products, please contact us by phone or online.

Please make sure that when making the transfer in the message box, enter the serial number of the fee request (D-xx).
Once the purchase price has been received, we will start the delivery process, the details of which and the expected delivery date will be notified separately.

Guarantee conditions

Most of our products come with a 5-year factory warranty. Exceptions to this are outdoor infrared heaters, which have a 2-year warranty period.

If there is a problem with the heating unit, please let us know. We will replace it within the guarantee period, provided there is no external damage.

We can only guarantee products that have been properly installed.

Your order will be delivered to you within 8 working days after the transfer.

 

You will receive a special delivery notification and the courier service will inform you of the exact time of delivery.

If you do not like the product you have purchased, you have 14 days to cancel your order without giving any reason.

The infrared heating does not require maintenance or repair.

Infra systems use solid-state elements that do not require maintenance.

Anyone can easily set up an infra-panel by following the installation diagram included in the packaging of our products.
If electrical installation is required, we recommend the use of a professional.
Also, remember that we can only guarantee a properly installed product.

When installing, please always observe the health and safety rules to avoid accidents.

Of course, you can use the infrapanel without a thermostat, but note that in this case the panel will heat continuously.
In all cases, we recommend infra-panel control with thermostat for more efficient operation.
